Michelle Beadle Mistakenly Says N-Word During Live Telecast

Beadle is one of the co-hosts of FanDuel's sports show, Run it Back, and during the November 9th live telecast, Beadle said the "N-Word," which appeared to be a mistake when she was talking about Denver Nuggets star forward, Michael Porter Jr.

"Michael Porter Jr. recently said, the if the N****s — I mean the Nuggets,"

Beadle's co-hosts, former NBA players Chandler Parsons and Mo Williams, jokingly tried to further instigate the situation to the situation to which she responded "Don't try to get me on that."

As you might expect, some fans on social media were not as amused.

"How do u mix up n***a and nuggets? She definitely says it often," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"She's cooked get her off the air," another fan added.

Kevin Durant Shuts Down Michael Porter Jr. Comparisons

Porter Jr. has quickly turned himself into an important player for the contending Nuggets in a short time with the team. He was one of the major reasons that the team won a championship in 2023.

On the year he is averaging 18.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.8. assists per game. He is also shooting a scorching 41.8 percent from beyond the arc. With MPJ's ability to shoot, dribble, and dish the rock at his size it is easy to see why people have compared him to two-time NBA Finals MVP, Kevin Durant. Although Durant can appreciate Porter Jr's skillset, the Phoenix Suns star does not think Porter Jr's game is comparable to his.

"Yeah, I mean Michael Porter has turned into his own player. I hear the comparisons between me and him, but he is a unique player who is going to carve his own lane out in the league," Durant told reporters via SNY.

"The way he shoots the basketball, his length, athleticism, it's a joy to watch and I'm looking forward to watching his career going forward. But I don't think we have similar games I mean I appreciate what he brings and I'm sure he watched me when he was growing up too."
