Gilbert Arenas hasn't played in the NBA since 2012 and spent a year overseas for 2012-13, but that doesn't mean he's lost an eye for the game. The quirky and unpredictable guard took to Instagram to do a complete breakdown of LeBron James' game. I guess he was watching the last few years of LeBron on mute, but either way he had quite an interesting take.

Some scouting highlights from Arenas (the words have been copied as written and not fixed for grammar or spelling):
"...his first 2 steps aren't very powerful so this hurt him on iso's and the ability to blow pass players from standstill position."
He did defend James with this one:
"he gets bashed alot by media becuz he doesn't take over like #MJ or #KB but #LBJ is MAGIC with Jordan like athleticism"
This is the big one though where Arenas drops the hammer.
"James isn't a #1 option..and yes I (didn't stutter) he lacks #selfishness so he will always need a go to guy like wade was or kyrie."
Whoa, Gilbert! Just keep it calm and LeBron on.
