There are plenty of teams this season that have something in common with the San Antonio Spurs now. They've all lost to the Golden State Warriors. The Spurs got beat pretty badly too and got absolutely lit up by Stephen Curry who had 37 points in only three quarters of action.
The Cleveland Cavaliers suffered a similar loss to the Warriors and only a few days later coach David Blatt was fired. Gregg Popovich took the least subtle shot he could at Cleveland management in his postgame comments to the media.
This is why Spurs fans and many others love coach Pop. He tells it like it is and isn't afraid to make a good joke here and there. Keep throwing that shade, coach!
