During the New York Knicks vs. Golden State Warriors game on Tuesday night, many celebrities were present at Madison Square Garden. That is, one Hollywood star in particular, Jennifer Hudson, got hit in the face with the basketball while sitting courtside.

Hudson was seen sitting next to her partner, Common, who did his best to protect her. Yet, ultimately Deuce McBride's deflection led to the ball making enough impact, causing J.HUD's glasses to come off.

Jennifer Hudson ended up being okay, yet the Knicks lost 114-102, as New York remains the third seed in the East (40-21). On the other hand, the Warriors improve to 34-28 and move up to the sixth seed in a highly contested race in the West.
To mention, this was not the first celebrity interaction at MSG, as this happened earlier this season when OG Anunoby ran into actress Anne Hathaway during a game vs. the Chicago Bulls (11/13/24).
