The NBA world was turned on its head this past weekend when the Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks completed a superstar swap that seemingly came out of nowhere. ESPN's Shams Charania was the first to report that the Mavericks would be sending Luka Doncic and Maxi Kleiber to the Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis.

LeBron Sends NSFW Message to Anthony Davis
On February 3rd, Lakers star LeBron James sent an NSFW message to the now former Lakers star, as he prepares to start a new chapter with the Mavericks.
"My DOG!!! You dat M*********a!! Go do you CHAMP!!" James said.
Following his departure from the Lakers, Anthony Davis broke his silence, paying homage to the city that he has called home for the last six seasons.
"6 years ago, I came here with the vision to win a Championship, and I will never forget the moment we did! The business of basketball is a business just like all other businesses... I am grateful to the city where my first ring came from, grew my family and friendships and I will always have a home here," Davis said.

Blogger Drops Shocking Rumor About Lakers Star
Last month, rap superstar Drake dropped a track titled "Fighting Irish" which was perceived to be aimed at Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James. The tension is believed to have stemmed from LeBron attending Kendrick Lamar's concert amid his and Drake's ongoing beef last summer.
Amid the differences between Drake and LeBron one blogger is letting everything be known about the superstar pair's relationship.
Hip-hop influencer DJ Akademiks says that LeBron and Drake would go on "two-man" missions when LeBron would go to Toronto where Drake would court women for the four-time MVP.
"Let me just tell you what I've heard. LeBron, you and Drake used to go on two mans. You've been cheating on your g*ddamn wife. Drake used to facilitate the h*es," Akademiks said during a Twitch stream on January 11.
