According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the son of Michael Jordan has completed all required terms tied to his 2025 arrest. That includes fines, community service, and even writing an apology to the arresting officers. With everything fulfilled, the charges are expected to be dismissed.
The case stemmed from a February 2025 incident that drew plenty of attention.
Police say Marcus was driving a Lamborghini SUV when he ended up stuck on train tracks. Officers noted signs of impairment, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the smell of alcohol. He also admitted to being at a gentleman's club earlier in the night.
Things escalated from there. Marcus struggled through a field sobriety test, and officers later found a white powder in his pocket that tested positive for ketamine.
He initially pleaded not guilty, but later reached a deal with prosecutors that laid out clear steps to resolve the case.
Those steps are now complete, and the legal situation is wrapping up. The headline moves from arrest to resolution.
"Marcus pleaded not guilty to all charges. Per his plea deal, the NBA legend's son had to submit to random drug testing, pay a $1,000 fine, install an interlock device on his car and complete 50 hours of community service," an uncredited TMZ staffer wrote in the report. "Marcus was also ordered to write an apology letter to an officer he had argued with during his arrest."
