LeBron James Shouts Out Fan Who Reminded Him During The Game That He Was One Rebound Short Of A Triple-Double

The 39-year-old scored 19 points, dished out 16 assists, and grabbed 10 rebounds. However, LeBron may have ended the night with nine boards if it wasn't for a fan reminding him that he just needed one more.

After the game reporters asked LeBron why he pointed into the crowd after grabbing his 10th rebound, and he noted that a fan was shouting, "ONE MORE REBOUND!" before he grabbed his final rebound to secure a triple-double.

LeBron said, "He definitely yelled at me! Got my attention! 'One more rebound! One more!' So, I got one more & pointed at him, to acknowledge I was listening."

It's unknown if the fan was trying to help LeBron because he cared about his stats, or if he needed LeBron to record a triple-double for his parlay.

Either way, this was LeBron's second consecutive game with a triple-double as he put up 21 points, 13 assists, and grabbed 12 rebounds vs. the Philadelphia 76ers last Friday night.

So far in his 22nd season, LeBron is averaging 23.2 points, 7.3 assists, and 7.7 rebounds, while also shooting a career-high 44.4% from three-point range and 81.2% from the free throw line.

There is not much more for the NBA's all-time leading scorer to accomplish, except maybe win his fifth ring.

In view of the Lakers roster, they have new leadership under head coach JJ Redick and have shown improvement compared to last season.

With a 6-4 record, in their next game the Lakers will take on the 7-4 Memphis Grizzlies on November 13 at 10:00 pm ET.

With this in mind, this is the same team LeBron put up 39 points against last week in a 131-114 loss.

Although, for the next matchup, the Grizzlies will have to play without Ja Morant, who is currently dealing with a hamstring injury.
