We knew all along that Marc Gasol had a strong chance to stay in Memphis and it looks like the center will definitely be staying there now. He has agreed to a deal worth over $100 million over the course of five years with an early-termination option after the fourth year in 2018-19.
He averaged a career-high 17.4 points with 7.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 81 games this past season while leading the team to the playoffs where the Grizz lost to the champion Warriors.
