No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz has to be helped off court following non-contact injury

After the Philadelphia 76ers traded their No. 3 overall selection and next year's Los Angeles Lakers pick (protected 1 or any selection after 5) in order to select star point guard Markelle Fultz No. 1 overall.

Not even a week into Las Vegas Summer League, and the Sixers are scrambling after a scary ankle injury has at least temporarily sidelined Fultz.

Fultz was seen struggling to get up and favored the ankle as he was helped to the back:
