Philadelphia 76ers guard Markelle Fultz will be sidelined indefinitely with the right shoulder injury that has hampered his early season play, the team announced Sunday. The 76ers said Fultz will be re-evaluated in three weeks. Fultz visited with several shoulder specialists and was found to be suffering from a scapular muscle imbalance in the right shoulder.…
