Memphis Grizzlies’ Mike Conley leaves game after elbow to the face

Memphis took a 3-0 series lead after Friday night’s win, but not without some concern moving forward.

During the Grizzlies’ tilt with the Portland Trail Blazers, Mike Conley reached in for the steal and appeared to take an inadvertent elbow to the face from C.J. McCollum.

He left the game in the third quarter and was taken to a medical facility, but no update was given. Conley is a big piece of what Memphis does, and he’ll be needed on the court moving forward.
