The San Antonio Spurs have been playing another stellar season and have clinched a postseason berth for the 20th straight season. That's been because of some excellent play from it's All-Stars like Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge, but it seems that the team might have to play without one of them for the rest of the season because of a serious heart condition they discovered.

Aldridge has been averaging 17.3 points, two assists, 7.5 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game this season. Him paired with Leonard, Pau Gasol, Tony Parker and Danny Green has been a formidable lineup, but it looks like the Spurs will have find another rotation while Aldridge's health issue is dealt with.
While there is no real timeline on a recovery, the Spurs should probably prepare for a postseason without Aldridge as issues of the heart can be sensitive and it is always better to be overly cautious with something like that. That means more time for David Lee and Dewayne Dedmon who have been playing quite well this season.
