NBA to re-evaluate All-Star Game voting

Thank goodness!

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has done some pretty great work in his short as leader of the league. He's gotten fans more involved on social media among other things. However, it seems that social media involvement may be hampering the voting process for the All-Star Game. A good example is the fans voting in Kobe Bryant despite his terrible shooting and play this season. Silver says the league will take a look at the Twitter and other social media voting to see if anything can be improved upon.

"On (fan) balloting, it's something we'll continue to look at," Silver said, according to USA Today. "We love the fact that fans have input into who the All-Stars are. As social media changes the world and is disruptive, it's been mildly disruptive to our balloting systems as well. I know that's something we'll take a fresh look at."

I mean, Zaza Pachulia almost made it into the game! Come on, guys!
