It was only a matter of time until the Sacramento Kings parted ways with head coach George Karl. Him and star DeMarcus Cousins never saw eye to eye and with the addition of Rajon Rondo, things quickly took a turn for the bad for Karl. Now ESPN's Marc Stein is reporting that the Kings are planning on letting go of Karl before the end of the season.
It was reported earlier that he was very much on thin ice after the team lost six of seven games and has almost played itself out of the playoffs with a 21-30 record. The Kings have the worst defense in the league allowing about 109 points per game and it doesn't look like it's going to turn around any time soon.
