Report: Sam Hinkie has stepped down as Philadelphia 76ers GM

The man behind “The Process” has reportedly stepped down from his general manager position with the Philadelphia 76ers, per ESPN’s Marc Stein:

In three years under Hinkie, the 76ers haven’t won more than 19 games. Philadelphia is projected to have a top-3 selection for the third year in a row.
