This injury could have just swung an entire playoff series

The Boston Celtics have to survive this series badly now.

The Atlanta Hawks and Boston Celtics squared off in their first game of the playoffs on Saturday night and it was a doozy of a game. It was a 102-101 final score in favor of the Hawks, but it didn't come without its first casualty of the series. Celtics starting point guard Avery Bradley suffered a pretty serious hamstring injury and C's coach Brad Stevens said that Bradley is likely unavailable for the rest of this playoff series.

You can see where in the game he hurt himself thanks to these videos:

According to Stevens, Bradley heard a pop in his hamstring on that play and had to be helped off the court by medical staff. While Bradley is thought of as more of a defensive guard he has been a huge piece on offense for the Celtics. He's averaging a career-high 15.2 points per game and is shooting 36 percent from beyond the arc.

He allows the Celtics to bring Isaiah Thomas off the bench and be a pure gunner and a "microwave" guy who can catch fire instantly. That will surely change and it looks like rookie R.J. Hunter will be getting a lot more minutes in the postseason. But with that injury, did the Hawks just take this mostly even playoff series?
