According to legal documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Herro and Henry filed competing petitions in August regarding custody and financial support for their two children, a daughter born in 2021 and son born in 2023.

Herro initially asked a court to establish a parenting schedule and determine child support, saying he had voluntarily provided financial support since the children were born. He dismissed his petition less than a week later.

Henry's case remains ongoing, and she's seeking primary custody.

She claims she has served as the children's primary caregiver and made most of the major decisions involving them. More notably, Henry said Herro's unspecified "historical conduct" makes certain "safeguards and parameters" necessary to protect the children's "safety and well-being."

Henry said she intentionally declined to detail that alleged conduct out of respect for Herro.

She's also seeking court-ordered child support, pointing to the significant income difference between herself and Herro, who was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks in June.

TMZ separately obtained documents indicating the couple had actually been living apart for quite some time. Henry and the children reportedly moved out of Herro's Miami mansion in February 2025 after living there since 2021.

Herro and Henry had been romantically involved for nearly seven years, according to her filing. So whatever ultimately led to the court fight, the split itself apparently didn't happen overnight.
