Stephen Curry has been known to do chef things and he was absolutely cooking last night against the New Orleans Pelicans. He finished with 46 points in the 116-106 win, but also set a new record during the game for most three-pointers made in a single game with 13.
The previous record was held by Donyell Marshall and Kobe Bryant with 12. Curry actually had a game last season where he hit 1 and another where he hit 12 so it was only a matter of time until he got the magic number 13. It also took him only 17 attempts so he was pretty efficient about it and wasn’t just gunning for the record.
