The Chicago Bulls have been busy this NBA offseason as they offloaded Derrick Rose and his contract and lost center Joakim Noah to free agency. They also landed Rajon Rondo in free agency and center Robin Lopez in the New York trade. Of course, they also landed Dwyane Wade in free agency after the Miami Heat didn't want to pony up the money to keep him.

It looks like with all of those moves made, the Bulls are staying pat on Jimmy Butler and will not trade their 30th overall pick from the 2011 NBA Draft. He's a two-time All-Star and was named 2015's Most Improved Player.

Chicago was reportedly in talks with both the Minnesota Timberwolves and Boston Celtics regarding Butler leading up to the draft, but failed to agree on a reasonable asking price for the 26-year-old shooting guard. General manager Gar Forman later denied those rumors much to the disappointment of some Timberwolves and Celtics fans.

Considering the market for star players and how much they're making, the Bulls have Butler at a pretty low price for the next three years so it would likely take a pretty substantial offer to pry him out of a Bulls jersey. In 67 games this past season, Butler averaged 20.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
