Young is so concerned about his shoe collection, he's literally paying people to watch over them.

Whether Young's house robbery — in which he lost an estimated $100,000 in clothing, shoes, jewelry and luggage — has anything to do with or not this isn't clear.
Regardless, Young' dedication to his shoe collection is truly amazing.
