Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady has apparently been staying fit since his 23-year NFL career ended. That is to say, at 47 years old, Brady showed himself benching 245 pounds, which he said was his first max bench in the last 18 years.

"If you told me this morning that I had to do 245, I'd be like 'you're out of your f***ing mind,'" Brady said
All in all, the seven-time Super Bowl winning quarterback has been known for his longevity as he was a MVP candidate during his last season in the league (2021) at 44 years old.
TB12 seemingly hasn't lost a step, as he is benching his max, and has even shown off his hops that no one knew he had.
Notably, there may never be a more accomplished quarterback than Brady, who holds multiple records, such as having the highest winning percentage (.754) among all NFL quarterbacks who have started in at least 100 games. Furthermore, he is the all-time passing leader, as he has accumulated 89,214 yards through the air, in addition to having the most passing touchdowns in NFL history (649).
In view of the quarterback's next chapter, he is taking his talents to the broadcast booth as a sportscaster for Fox. With this in mind, Brady will have the headset on for Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season, when the Dallas Cowboys host the Cleveland Browns, September 8 at 4:25 pm ET.
