Kelly was 26-21 over his tenure with the Eagles. After two 10-6 seasons, he dropped to 6-9 in his final year.
In San Francisco, he'll be tasked with rebuilding Colin Kaepernick's career following a career-worst season in which he was benched for Blaine Gabbert.
Kelly reportedly beat out Mike Shanahan for the coaching gig.
