New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is known for his unusual theories, and now he is insinuating that the reason his team has struggled this year is because they may be under a "curse."

On Wednesday, the 41-year-old quarterback spoke to reporters, and addressed the franchise's history of losing.
"It might be some sort of curse we've got to snap as well," Rodgers said. "Whatever the case, this team, this organization is going to figure out how to get over the hump at some point."
In view of the team's performance this year, they have certainly underachieved as the Jets have a 3-10 record, when some projected them to win the AFC East in 2024.
Not only this, they also fired their head coach Robert Saleh, however, that didn't seem to solve any problems as they have just won one game out of their last 10.
"The culture is built by the players," Rodgers said. "There's a framework set down by the organization, by the upper ups, by the staff, but in the end it's the players that make it come to life. At some point, everybody is going to have to figure out what that special sauce is to turn those games that should be wins into wins."
So far on the year, the four-time NFL MVP has thrown for 2,966 yards to go with 20 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
After a 32-26 loss to the Miami Dolphins last week, the Jets have been eliminated from playoff contention, which makes it now a 14-year drought. Despite this, the team has announced that for the time being they will keep their star players, such as Rodgers, in the lineup
The Jets, who are currently on a four-game losing streak, will have a chance to improve when they travel to Jacksonville on December 15 to take on the 3-10 Jaguars.
