The cold weather and snow will not keep Mack Hollins from sticking with his routine. He will continue to show up for an NFL game as only he does.

Hollins, who joined the New England Patriots this season, showed up for Sunday's game against the rival Buffalo Bills differently than his teammates. He did not wear a suit and tie, nor did he wear the "I love Drake Maye" t-shirt that is becoming increasingly popular.
Instead, Hollins walked up to the facility wearing only a pair of pants and a necklace. He left his shoes and shirt somewhere else. The veteran receiver remained barefoot and shirtless as he took part in pregame warmups. Although he wore a headcover while preparing for the division game.

Once the game officially began, Hollins wore the NFL's required equipment. He put on his helmet, cleats, shoulder pads, and jersey while filling his normal role on the offense. He then caught three passes for 36 yards during the first half.
Hollins showing up for a game without a shirt or shoes is relatively new for Patriots fans. However, those who cheer for the Bills have become well-accustomed to this pregame routine. After all, he spent last season with the team while scoring five touchdowns.
Hollins routinely showed up for games without shoes and shirts, but he occasionally mixed in some unique accessories. Last December's game against the 49ers served as a prominent example as he showed up wearing a lab coat, a wig, goggles, and gloves. He still avoided wearing any shoes.
Fast-forward to January 2025, and Hollins showed his unique style yet again. He arrived at the Bills' stadium for a game against the Ravens wearing a pair of shorts, an open Hawaiian shirt, and a straw hat with the Bills' logo. He draped a towel over his shoulder as he headed into the stadium.
