Watch Travis Kelce’s Playoff Game If It Was a Wes Anderson Movie

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been in the spotlight for years thanks to his 900+ career receptions for the Chiefs and, most recently, his love life with Taylor Swift. Now, he's making waves on TikTok after posting a 24-second clip of his recent playoff game against the Buffalo Bills through the lens of it being a Wes Anderson movie.

The caption on the post reads "HMU Wes," from Kelce, the two-time Super Bowl-winning tight end.

According to one commenter on TikTok, the post came after Kelce's brother, Jason, the center for the Philadelphia Eagles (who may or may not be retiring), said that Kelce's outfit was Wes Anderson movie-like.

The commenter wrote, "Y'all the joke is because Jason said his outfit was giving Wes Anderson in their newest podcast episode."

The post started with a caption, "You better not make your playoff game look like a Wes Anderson movie."

It then proceeds to have color-grading similar to one of his recent films, "Asteroid City," while Kelce is wearing a yellow suit.

Then are several clips from the game, including Kelce dancing, catching touchdowns, blowing a kiss to the crowd, directing a "heart" gesture with his hands toward the crowd, his brother Jason screaming with his shirt off, and hugging his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, in the locker room after their 27-24 win over the Bills on the road.

In that game, Kelce caught five passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns.

Fans on TikTok left varying comments about the post.

"This in fact does not look like Wes Anderson movie," someone wrote.

"Can you guys just see Travis laying down giggling to himself while he edits this? Precious," someone else said. Other fans commented back noting that Kelce doesn't run his own social media.

"The Royal Kelcebaums," someone said, referencing two Anderson movies, "The Royal Tenenbaums" and "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou."

The Chiefs now head into Baltimore to take on the Ravens in the AFC Championship on Sunday, January 28, at 3:00 pm ET.

Perhaps we'll get part two of this Anderson-like movie saga.
