After getting rid of Bradford, the Eagles get some even better news regarding their QB situation

This has to have the Eagles feeling good now.

The Philadelphia Eagles have been concerned about their starting quarterback and who it might be for Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns. We know it won't be Sam Bradford after he got traded to the Minnesota Vikings —- for a hefty price I might add —- to replace Teddy Bridgewater who's out for the year.

Carson Wentz had been dealing with a rib injury he suffered in a preseason game, but it looks like he will be good enough to play and start in Week 1.

Wentz was taken No. 2 overall in this year's NFL Draft and is expected to be the future of the Eagles at quarterback. Chase Daniel would have likely made the start had Wentz been unable to give it a go.
