Police responded to Jackson's residence at approximately 11 p.m. after receiving a call regarding a domestic dispute.

According to investigators, officers learned that Jackson and a woman had been involved in a verbal argument. Authorities allege Jackson believed the woman was recording him with her cellphone and attempted to take the device from her.

Investigators reported that the woman sustained scratch marks on her arms.

Jackson, 27, was arrested and later released after posting $50,000 bail, according to reports.

The Rams had not immediately issued a public statement on the matter.

A six-year NFL veteran, Jackson entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa and signed with the Rams in 2021. He has since developed into a key member of Los Angeles' offensive line and signed a three-year contract extension with the franchise in 2025.

Jackson was previously suspended by the NFL for two games in 2024 for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

The latest incident could draw scrutiny from the NFL under its personal conduct policy, though no league action has been announced.

The investigation remains ongoing, and formal charges, if any, had not been announced as of Tuesday.
