Andrew Luck's trash talk after taking hard hits is the best in the NFL

Andrew Luck's trash talking is highly unusual and quite enjoyable, to say the least. Instead of jawing at opposing defenders like Dez Bryant or Steve Smith would do, Luck compliments defenders after they sack him, hit him hard or pressure him.

Imagine if Florida State's Jameis Winston did something like this? Loads of people would accuse him of point shaving! Oh wait, that's already been done.

Anyways, you have to love Luck's trash-talking. I'm sure that gets in the heads of opposing defenders and makes them doubt their strength. Take a listen to Luck complimenting the Ravens:

Here's a funny account that comes from the Wall Street Journal:

Luck has become famous for congratulating—sincerely and enthusiastically—any player to hit him hard. Any sack is met with a hearty congratulations, such as "great job" or "what a hit!" He yells it after hard hits that don't result in sacks, too. It is, players say, just about the weirdest thing any quarterback does in the NFL.

When New England pass rusher Rob Ninkovich pulverized Luck last month in a Patriots' 42-20 win, he got the customary congratulations. As Ninkovich tells it, he found himself paralyzed with confusion by the well-wishes, so he blurted out "Thanks for...uh...accepting that hit?" before running back to the huddle.

Andrew Luck is a huge dork and I love every second of it.
