Ravens General Manager Eric DeCosta addressed this situation on Tuesday, while speaking to reporters at the NFL combine, as he referred to it all as "serious and concerning."
"The allegations are serious and concerning. The amount of allegations are serious and concerning," DeCosta said. "I think we're fortunate that the league is doing an investigation. We'll wait as patiently as we can for as much information as we can, and we'll make our decisions based on that."
Tucker himself released a statement following all of the backlash he received, where the 7x Pro Bowler seemingly denied the accusations, calling them "unequivocally false."

"I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session," Tucker said. "I would never intend to offend or hurt anyone, ever. As a matter of principle, I respect when individuals come forward to report misconduct of any kind. I support a process that allows claims to be properly investigated."
To point out, more accusers have come out since then, which is definitely "serious and concerning" if the claims are in fact true.
Ultimately, there's a chance the 13-year NFL kicker may be released by the Ravens organization once the investigation is finished being conducted.
