Bengals QB Joe Burrow Reveals He Bought A $3 Million Batmobile

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow signed a five-year/$275 million dollar contract last year, and the first thing that he went and bought was... a Batmobile from the movie Batman.

The 27-year-old revealed his new purchase on an episode of "Hard Knocks: In Season With The AFC North."

Wide receivers Tee Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase joked that their QB should just go ahead and get the full 'Batsuit' to complete the look.

"What if I wore it to every game? I just wore a full Batsuit, Batmobile, to every game," Burrow said. "I'd go crazy on Halloween."

Apparently, Burrow will have to wait a year before he can get his new whip, but for now he can't help but share the news with his teammates.

The exact vehicle that Burrow presumably bought was the Tumbler, which was made by Wayne Enterprises earlier this year. If that's the case, he had to spend $2.9 million for it.

That is to say, there were only 10 of these made, which are replicas from the Batman trilogy series.

In view of the specs on the car, the Batmobile has a "6.2-liter General Motors engine that produces 525 horsepower, while also having imitation gun turrets, a smokescreen system, and a jet engine simulation" (via themirror.com).

There may be one problem for the 2020 No. 1 overall pick... this vehicle isn't exactly street legal, so it presumably will be collecting dust in his garage. Nevertheless, he can still tell people he owns a Batmobile.

In view of Burrow's play on the field this year, he has thrown for 3,337 yards and 30 touchdowns in 12 games this season, which leads the NFL. However, despite being on pace to have a career-high season, the Bengals only have a 4-8 record.

At least off the field, Burrow can be easily distracted with his new toy.
