Broncos safety sent home after prostitution sting questioning

Perfect time for a distraction, right?

Denver Broncos practice squad player Ryan Murphy was sent home Tuesday evening after he was reportedly questioned by police on a prostitution sting that involved his brother, per San Jose Mercury-News.

Murphy was detained, but not cited nor arrested, according to the report. His brother was cited for solicitation in a prostitution sting that has lasted several days.

Here's what Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak had to say of his decision to send Murphy home, per the report:

"We decided it was best for the team if we continued our preparations for Super Bowl 50 without him," said Kubiak.

Let's see if the Broncos can make it through the week without any more off-field distractions.
