Tramon Williams has the second-most interceptions since 2010 with 22, only trailing Seahawks corner Richard Sherman. But Williams hasn't always had a team believe in his success. An undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech, the Houston Texans gave him a chance, but cut him before he played one game with them.

For motivation, Williams held on to the cold letter that players get when they are shown the door:
I've always wondered what players receive when they get released, and now I see that it's not pleasant at all. No "thank you for your service," nothing. Just an "X" next to the reason why you're getting cut.
After getting released from Houston, Williams went on to have a very successful career with Green Bay. He signed a three-year deal with Cleveland last month and hopes to continue his success with the Browns.
