The Browns hired Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson to be their head coach on Wednesday, and one of Jackson's first declarations revolved around the controversial Johnny Manziel. Jackson made it clear that Manziel is not in his future plans for the Browns.

It's expected at this point that the Browns will cut ties with Manziel and let him become someone else's problem, but this is just another step in that process.

Manziel had a supbar performance on the field this year, but he became more frustrating for Cleveland due to his off the field antics. Manziel was seen partying at various times throughout the year, even after the team tried to get him help for potential alcohol issues.

Many anticipate that Manziel could land back in his home-state next season with the Dallas Cowboys, but one thing is known for sure at this point: he won't be a Cleveland Brown at the start of the 2016 season.
