Buffalo Rocked With 'Life-Threatening' Weather Alert
But despite this matchup being star-studded, the focus on this game was the weather in Buffalo. There was a snowstorm set to rock Orchard Park with up to 16 inches of snow. Roughly two hours ahead of kickoff Buffalo residents received a concerning message, stating that the weather conditions were "life threatening."
"Emergency Alert: Heavy lake effect snow & life-threatening cold/wind chills expected from Monday- Wednesday," the message read.

With the weather conditions as dire as they were, you would expect that attendance would be impacted. However, Bill quarterback Josh Allen said he hoped they would still show out in droves.
"Hopefully, very loud when they're on offense and second and third down and making it hard for them," Allen said. "Just the energy, the juice, the vibes, our goal is to get to the fourth quarter and have 'Mr. Brightside' be playing. I know the fans love that but that gives us such a little shot of energy that we're gonna need going into this game."
Bills Josh Allen Sounds Off on Stefon Diggs
A lot of people were unsure of what to expect from the Bills this season. Especially after they traded their star wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans during the offseason.
"I think Stef's a great player, and what he brought to this team was special," Allen said when reporters asked if he "missed" having Diggs in Buffalo.
"So, 'miss' is, I don't know if I'd say 'miss,' he was a guy that was reliable, you could look to. He's going to have the juice each and every day — I'm sure he's bringing it over there in Houston," Allen added.
"So definitely, you can't say that you don't miss that. But I am very happy with what we have going on here and how hard the guys have been working."Fnf
