Before the Oakland Raiders took the field for Charles Woodson's final game in The Coliseum, the veteran had some key words for his teammates.
It took a good amount of heart for the Raiders to comeback and beat the San Diego Chargers on Thursday night football, and you can probably associate some of that effort for the retiring Woodson.
