Cam Newton has not had a great season with only 17 throwing touchdowns and nine interceptions on the season while completing about 54 percent of his passes. That's not nearly as good as his MVP season he had last year where he threw 35 touchdowns and for over 3,800 yards.

So now Colin Cowherd thinks it's cool to heap all the praise on Dak Prescott after one season and says that his body of work is better than Newton's six seasons, one of which where he won MVP and led his team to a Super Bowl.

Cowherd has officially lost it and he's trying to justify it by saying "ignore what round guys are picked in" and that Newton has been bad for years. He's thrown for over 3,000 yards every year he's been in the league and has accounted for over 20 touchdowns every year including his rushing. This is just another classic case of Cowherd shooting off his mouth without doing much research.
