Speaking on ABC's Good Morning America, Sanders shared his excitement about the event, where fans will gather to celebrate the futures of two of the most electrifying prospects in college football.
"We're going to do it in Boulder, Colorado, and celebrate it with the fans in the gymnasium," Deion Sanders said, emphasizing the importance of connecting with the local community. "We're going to pack the house. It's going to be phenomenal." The event will honor the achievements of Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, who both have a shot at being among the top picks in the draft.
Shedeur Sanders, the standout quarterback and son of Deion, impressed during his final college season, throwing for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. Despite his incredible statistics and strong performance, Sanders confirmed he would not attend the draft in person, instead choosing to remain in Boulder with his family and supporters.
As for Hunter, his two-way play earned him widespread recognition. The Heisman finalist recorded 14 receiving touchdowns and four interceptions, contributing on both offense and defense with over 1,300 total snaps. While some analysts project Hunter as the draft's top overall prospect, the consensus is that a quarterback will likely take the No. 1 spot. The Tennessee Titans currently hold that selection.
For Deion Sanders, the draft marks the culmination of years of hard work, and with his son and Hunter likely to go early, it's a chance to celebrate with fans who've watched their journey unfold.
