Colts linebacker is being sued for $1.5 million after he allegedly punched a pizza guy in the face

This probably wasn't the best idea in the world.

Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson was arrested about a year ago and was charged with simple assault after a pizza delivery guy parked in his spot and was allegedly punched on the side of his face and back of his head by Jackson, according to Washington Post.

Jose Bonilla-Fuentes, the delivery driver, is reportedly seeking a substantial sum due to injuries suffered:

Bonilla-Fuentes reportedly noted at the scene that Jackson tried to choke him, threatened to kill him and apologized before hinting toward a bribe, per Complex.
