Cops say this NFL QB pointed a gun at his wife, who then trolled him in the worst way possible

Wow.

Even the best offensive line out there won't be able to protect quarterback Tavaris Jackson from these allegations.

Reporter Chris Hush of WESH in Orlando reported on Friday that Jackson had been arrested, with the accompanying police report alleging that an argument between Jackson and his wife escalated to Jackson pulling out a gun.

The report states that another adult at the home intervened and prevented Jackson from using the firearm. Police were called for a domestic disturbance, and Jackson was arrested.

Perhaps the most notable thing to come from the police report is what Jackson's wife said after the gun was pulled. Apparently instead of being frightened, the wife insulted Jackson with a jab at his football career.

Ouch.

Jackson was arrested, and was reportedly under the influence of alcohol during the incident. The police report also shows that marijuana was found at the scene of the argument.

Jackson was selected by the Vikings in the second round of the 2006 draft. He has since played for Buffalo and Seattle, throwing for 7,263 yards and 39 touchdowns against 35 interceptions in his career.

Jackson was booked on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
