Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Interrupts Practice With A Dramatic Helicopter-Landing Arrival On The Field

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is known for his over-the-top theatrics and this time it involved landing his helicopter on the team's field in the middle of Wednesday's practice.

Upon seeing the helicopter coming closer and closer, the players and staff had to briefly pause their activities as everyone stopped to clear the area for Jones' conspicuous entrance.

The 81-year-old was all smiles upon getting out of the aircraft, showing that when you own the team and the facilities, you don't need a parking pass.

Later, Jones was seen walking around, as he stopped to talk to quarterback Dak Prescott, who he recently just made the highest-paid player in NFL history.

So far on the season, the Cowboys are 2-2, as they are coming off a Week 4 Thursday Night Football win vs. the New York Giants. Although 'America's team' came out on top, they walked away from that game with multiple injuries, and in particular notable stars, Micah Parsons (ankle), Demarcus Lawrence (knee), and Brandin Cooks (foot) are all slated to miss time.

That is to say, the Cowboys will look to overcome adversity as they head into Week 5, preparing for their Sunday night football matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1), which will be another primetime game played on October 6 at 8:20 pm ET.
