Despite having high hopes coming into this season, both the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals have underperformed to this point of the season. However, both teams can mathematically qualify for the playoffs depending on how the chip falls, which heightened the stakes in the Week 14 clash on Monday Night Football.

Micah Parsons Storms Off Field After Loss to Bengals
The Cowboys had a chance to add some real juice to their playoff push. A win would have pushed them to 6-7. But unfortunately, they couldn't pull off the victory.
It was a controversial loss. The Cowboys were set to receive the ball with a little over a minute to go in the fourth quarter. However, that kick was blocked by the Cowboys and recovered by the Bengals after the ball was touched by a Cowboys player. Joe Burrow would then take them down the field for a game-winning touchdown to Ja'Marr Chase.
With Dallas suffering another unfortunate loss this season, that may have dashed their playoff hopes, Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons stormed off the field in disgust before the game was even over.

Bengals Kicker's Girlfriend is a Cowboys Cheerleader
This year appears to be the same old story for the Dallas Cowboys: high hopes and low results. After coming into this season hoping to snap a two-decade-plus-long Super Bowl drought, the Cowboys are barely in the playoff picture. They sit in third place in the NFC East with a 5-7 record.
To make matters even worse, they may have a spy in their camp. Just kidding. However, Bengals kicker Cade York recently revealed that his girlfriend is a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys.
"My girlfriend is actually a cheerleader for the [Dallas] Cowboys," York said.
"She got baptized this Sunday, so it was awesome getting to do that and all of her teammates got to come watch. And then literally, the next day, I get a call that I'm going to work out for the Bengals, and they're playing on Monday. I was like, 'Well, Zoe, I will see you at home no matter what.' So, yeah, it's pretty cool. She's gonna be cheering for me. ... But yes, we'll both be there. She's already told me the second quarter and the fourth quarter is when she's on the visitor's side. So I'll have to sneak her a couple of smiles."
