After a trying season in Dallas, where the Cowboys dropped to 4-12 and Greg Hardy provided plenty of off-field issues, Jeremy Mincey seems fed up with his former teammate's antics during a sit-down with Sportsday.

Mincey, who joins Hardy as a free agent this summer, noted his former teammate was misunderstood, but tensions grew in the locker room and even spoke along the lines of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
The defensive end continued to discuss Hardy's tenure in Dallas, noting it would be difficult to bring him back to the Cowboys while recognizing it's going to likely be one or the other returning to big D.
Mincey has a 27 true value rating, per Spotrac, while Hardy holds a 19 true value rating. Hardy registered 35 tackles and six sacks, and Mincey notched 20 tackles with no sacks.
