The veteran quarterback continued his stunning resurgence on Sunday, guiding the Indianapolis Colts to a 38-24 win over the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. Jones finished 23 of 34 for 288 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions as the Colts improved to 6-1 and continued to look like one of the AFC's best teams.

After the game, CBS reporter Evan Washburn asked Jones what people should know about this year's Colts that they didn't before the season began. The quarterback didn't hesitate.

"Sounds like y'all didn't know much," Jones said. "We're just gonna keep going and keep working. We have a lot of confidence. We have a lot of good players, guys who work hard and do the right things."

Jones also credited head coach Shane Steichen and his staff for the team's preparation. "We're trying to execute at a high level. The coaches have done a great job of game-planning and getting us ready," he said. "We've been able to run it, we've been able to throw it. There's stuff to work on, but yeah, something to build on."

A year after being benched by the Giants, Jones is thriving in Indianapolis. He ranks fifth in the NFL with 1,790 passing yards and boasts a 105.9 passer rating — by far the best mark of his career.

Jones heard the doubters. Now he's silencing them one win at a time.
