A Dallas Cowboy and Denver Broncos legend has decided to call it quit after 12 seasons in the league. DeMarcus Ware took to Twitter to make the announcement:

Ware spent the majority of his career with the Cowboys where he was drafted in 2005 and left the team as the franchise's leader in sacks with 117 and forced fumbles with 32. He then signed with the Broncos in 2014 and won Super Bowl 50 with the legendary Peyton Manning and logged another 21.5 sacks to finish his career with 138.5 total.
Ware was the No. 11 pick in the 2005 NFL Draft out of Troy and finished his career with these accolades: four-time first-team All-Pro, three-time second-team All-Pro, NFC Defensive Player of the Year (2008), NFL 2000s All-Decade Team, two-time Butkus Award winner.
