While Rodgers noted that he intends on keeping his relationship out of the spotlight, he has previously dropped some hints about the possible identity of his "secret wife."
Most Likely her name is Brittani
On the Pat McAfee Show (12/23/2025) Rodgers told a story about ordering a Christmas package for his girlfriend, while revealing her name as Brittani.
When one of the co-hosts asked, "Spears?" the quarterback responded.
"Not Britney Spears, no, this is Brittani with an 'i,' " Rodgers clarified.

Learned From The Past
Aaron Rodgers' dating history is pretty lengthy, as he has had some notable high-profile relationships throughout his tenure in the NFL, which includes: actresses Olivia Munn, Jessica Szohr, Shailene Woodley and race car driver Danica Patrick. Furthermore, most recently in 2023, he was rumored to be romantically involved with Milwaukee Bucks heiress Mallory Edens.
While on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast in 2022, Rodgers shared that the psychedelic known as "ayahuasca," helped him love himself "unconditionally," and he believes this has a direct correlation on improving how he deals with his relationships.
"To me, one of the core tenets of your mental health is that self-love," the 20-year NFL vet said. "It's only in that unconditional self-love, that then I'm able to truly be able to unconditionally love others."
