One month after signing a four-year, $141,054,000 contract extension, London got engaged. He now has a set home in the NFC South for the foreseeable future, which includes nearly $100 million in guaranteed money. He also has a wedding to plan with fiance Sofia Gabay.

The best part of the story is how London proposed. He didn't hide the ring in a glass of champagne or a piece of chocolate cake. No, he planned a special ceremony that involved petting alpacas at a ranch and then him popping the question in front of a table filled with items from Taco Bell.

It's like the dinner scene from Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, but it shows how well London knows Gabay.

According to the Falcons receiver, he and Gabay went on a second date three years ago. They headed to Taco Bell, which is where she revealed that it would be a dream for someone to propose to her with food from the fast food chain.

"She was actually more stoked about the Taco Bell than the ring," London said on Thursday after Falcons practice. "It's telling what type of woman I got. So, I was excited, though. She was, too."

This meal featured some of the top items on the Taco Bell menu. The table had Crunchwrap Supremes, burritos, Taco Bell hot sauce, and two cups of Mountain Dew Baja Blast.

Now that he has proposed and put pen to paper on a new contract, the California native can now aim to continue serving as a reliable weapon for whatever quarterback wins the starting job.

The eighth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, London has appeared in 62 games while starting 60. He has posted one 1,200-yard season (2024) and caught nine touchdown passes. He ended last season with 919 yards and seven touchdowns after missing five games.
