A grand jury has indicted her on 13 counts, including: negligent vehicular manslaughter, negligent homicide and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jackson was a fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of Oregon, and was just 24 years old.

Clingman currently faces 30+ years in prison.

The other two victims in the accident have been identified as Khyree's friends/former teammates, Anthony Lytton Jr. and Isaiah Hazel.

County State Attorney from Prince George, Aisha Braveboy, gave tribute to the "three amazing young men," who tragically lost their lives in the fatal crash.

"Each of their lives was special, important and a tragic loss for their families and our community," Braveboy said at a news conference Thursday, where Clingman's arrest was announced (per NBC News).

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell released a heartfelt message back in July.

"I am absolutely crushed by this news," O'Connell said. "Khyree brought a contagious energy to our facility and our team. His confidence and engaging personality immediately drew his teammates to him. In our short time together, it was evident Khyree was going to develop into a tremendous professional football player, but what was more impressive was his desire to become the best person he could be for his family and those around him. I am at a loss for words. My heart goes out to Khyree's family, friends, teammates and coaches."
