New England Patriots backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has been involved in trade rumors since his impressive 2-0 start to the 2016 season, but the Pats might not be interested in dealing him anymore.

Garoppolo has one year left on his deal, but several quarterback-needy teams are rumored to have interest in him. It will cost teams at least a first round pick to acquire Garoppolo, according to reports, but the Patriots might choose to keep him as a backup in case something happens to 40-year-old Tom Brady next season.
Garoppolo's name will surely be mentioned around the NFL Draft, and teams such as the Cleveland Browns, Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers are all expected to maintain interest in Garoppolo.
During his two starts with the Patriots, Garoppolo threw for 502 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.
