Speaking on the Ross Report, former WWE and current ESPN anchor Jonathan Coachman announced the worldwide leader in sports is working up a 30 for 30 on one of football's biggest failures — the XFL.

The XFL, owned by the WWE and NBC, lasted just one season (2001) after airing in the spring following the NFL wrapping up its year. All eight teams were owned by the league and there were fewer rules, leading to some absolutely brutal hits.
The game started following a "scramble" where opposing players sprinted after a ball to gain possession, thus receiving the kickoff.
There was plenty wrong with the league, it lost money and the league folded.
With currently no timetable on the release of this documentary, this is certainly one to lookout for.
