Some NFL players claim to be true beasts and warriors playing through pain, but Atlanta's Keanu Neal might be the toughest of them. During the Falcons' game against the 49ers he suffered a pretty nasty hand injury:

I think I'll be alright not seeing that again. But Neal was cool with it as he ended up getting in on the next defensive series and finished the game with 11 total tackles and two passes defended in the 41-13 win.
